Easy returns

We want you to love your jewelry. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

  • Return window: 7 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Non-returnable items: Custom or engraved pieces, sale items
  • Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item
  • Return shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective
  • Damaged/incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost

Delivery times: Typically 15-25 business days depending on destination, after processing.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.
